What Are Your Best Colors?

 

Your best colors are the ones that bring out your skin's glow and hair's shine to enhance your natural aura. I like to adhere to seasons as a reference and this was made famous in a 1980s book called "Color Me Beautiful."

This is my color palette (spring). I need warm tones, but lighter colors than an autumn and less murky, clearer. I'm naturally drawn to coral and camel, periwinkle, spring green, purples, peach, teal, yellows.

My skin is light and has an apricot warm tone to it. Springs skin is fair, light, but warm and golden.

Eyes of springs are often hazel, warm blue, warm green, and topaz.

Spring's hair is often golden blonde, strawberry blonde, copper, light golden brown, or medium golden brown.

SPRING

The companion of the spring palette is the autumn palette. Based on warm tones, autumn palette is more intense.

Skin tones for autumns is golden.

Eyes are dark hazel, olive green, amber, golden brown

Hair is golden blonde, golden auburn, medium auburn, light golden brown, medium golden brown, dark golden brown. 

The colors they wear are rich and like an forest in autumn time.

AUTUMN

As we move on to the other two seasons, we enter cool tones.

Skin, hair and eyes have cool tones for summers. They are a lighter cool-toned palette.

Eyes may be grey, blue, green, grey hazel, grey brown

Skin is cool with blue or beige tones.

Hair is dark ash blonde, light ash brown, medium ash brown, dark ash brown.

The colors they wear are cool toned, but lighter, softer than the striking winter palette.

SUMMER

Winters are a more intense coloring than summer 

Skin is often cool and bright and clear.

Eyes are cool blue, icy hazel, cool brown, cool dark brown, black.

Hair is dark ash brown, dark brown, cool brown-black, black.

WINTER

Enjoy playing with your colors. Most people instinctively know their colors, but sometimes have a certain color they love and wear, but it's not really making the most of them, so try to separate colors you love to see from ones you love to see on you.
