Ah, as a kid, you'd pull on a swimsuit, grab a beach towel, and head to the community pool or beach. You didn't think about whether you are viewing worthy. You were focusing on sand castles, splashing, seashell hunting....
Somewhere in the process of the hormones of adolescence, we ate from the fruit in the Garden of Eden and found out we were naked in public.
A lot of women decide to opt out of pool parties and beach vacations "until I'm worthy of a swimsuit." We miss out on the joy we had as kids - water, seashells, relaxing, vitamin D sunshine....
Let's see if we can find a way to unfocus on our disliked portions and refocus on the fun.
Here's some choices depending on what you don't like or do like about your body -
asset - breasts
problem - no defined waist
Plunging v-necks and halters show off the girls - a great distraction, but if you feel you have no curves, find a waist band design.

asset - long body
problem - flabby arms
Go for pastel tones or flesh tones if you have great skin. Flabby arms? There's sleeve-designs available, even if it's just a ruffle that causes a break in the line at the arm.
🩱🩱🩱
asset - shoulders
problem - stomach
Halter tops and straps that curve inward show off your shoulders. The thing to avoid if you don't like the belly is prints. They stretch and accentuate that area. This suit has interest at the top and tummy control with ruching below.
You may not like how you look in a swimsuit, but take the time to focus on what you do like about your body - draw attention to that and distraction from the other parts.
Go to the beach like a kid again!
