Pathways to Superconsciousness: The Road to Oneness

It all sound so new age, but the brain is highly susceptible to frequencies and wave lengths - just look at the mind states of alpha, delta, theta, beta -

Creative types and artists already get this on a subconscious level, but we can coax the ability to enter superconsciousness.

I've never had writer's block in my lifetime. How is that possible? Because I leave the written world and travel on its companion pathways to the same end - super concentration in a world that has no rules or limits. That's where the original thought, the stories are unfolding and we are the mind gods.

I paint. I sketch. I photograph. I dance. I sing. I turn my face up to the sun and gather its warmth. I laugh. I play with puppies. I meditate.

I can write with the mind the most technical of papers, but my body and soul do not join it. The reader gains brain activity as they logically digest the concepts and ponder the subject.

I can write with my mind and body letters of thanks to a family member, recounting childhood fun. My family will read it with their mind, feel it in their body as a familiar hug.

I can write with my mind, body, and soul and I create worlds we don't see with the logical mind, but is interpreted by viewers (screenwriting) or readers (books and blog) with their mind, body, and soul.

When I oil paint, I listen to music, I dance, I use my fingers to blend, my entire body, mind, and soul are involved. I step back from the canvas and think, "wow, I did that! Where did it come from?"

Superconsciousness.

When I was in high school in the 70s, the art class kids that excelled were toking in the "smoking lounge" (a progressive school for its time). I wondered, "do I need to weed to get such amazing art?"

The answer was "nope."

But, in self-conscious adolescence, tapping into superconsciousness is tough. As little kids, we did it constantly, practically spent all our time in that state, pondering an ant on a sidewalk, playing pretend, running and screaming on a playground.

It was always a battle as I have a genius IQ, an active mind that absorbs and spits out info easily, is naturally skeptical, and was always afraid to show my potential or I'd be "weird" or "an outsider," so I hid my light under a bushel.

But, I've always been extremely creative, my main driving force. I have a wellspring or enthusiasm and excitement about the world, how it works, as if I realize I have limited time being mortal and want to drink it all in.

Still, I toggle easily from consciousness to superconsciousness.

Remember, your childlike aspect of wonder and play isn't a greedy lazy brat; it's your renewal center.

Some ways to tap that superconsciousness so there is meaning in your daily life, inspiration for success, and to spend some time in mind/body/soul state.

Treat life as if everything here on earth is placed like toys in a playroom. It's there to inspire, amuse, encourage, to test and play, to entertain.

Keys - your mind is alert, your body feels it, your soul feels part of the collective - universally "one."

Sometimes, when I want to go deeper into oneness with the universe (that feeling near-death experiencers have when they cross over and realize they are energy and all energy is tied together in one loving flow), I will go outdoors and take macro pics of flowers and bees, the underside of a mushroom, tree bark, and study the miniature world that I'm not conscious of during the day.

I might take what's around me and find whimsy - reflections, water, shadows -

Everything around you was placed here (whether you believe in God or magical alchemy), so that you can sustain life, be inspired, and create.

Every one of us has times of daydreaming and getting excited about upcoming events or possibilities. Those islands of delight bring on the health-supporting, goal-achieving energy we need to make things happen.

Your subconscious listens to and aids you to your goals - good or bad. Thinking you're old, sickly, falling apart, poor, struggling, lonely - the subconscious directs the consciousness to make decisions and act in certain ways to support the directive.

Ways to deny the negative side -

*Remind yourself you aren't graded, no one is evaluating, judging, or having authority over you. There is a no-grade system for life, no pass or fail.

*Get excited about the process - to experience, to archive, to have this thing under your belt. You don't need to master it, excel at it, but you do need to know that, like a child, you wondered what was over the hill and climbed it to get a view.

*Give up approval or admiration from others.
