Spring Fashion 2026

It seems like most folks don't care too much for fashion trends these days, both economics, and hard-to-find larger sizes takes the fun out of something that once was a focus. But, looking at trends can be a refreshing way to consider what to add to your wardrobe to brighten the new season. There's nothing worse than running around in padded-shoulder jackets in the 2000s. You don't want to stay completely out of touch with vitality and change.
Spring 2026 trends -

Oversized sunglasses
Capris
Bright mixed colors
Standout statement skirt
Cashmere cardigan
A bright sea blue referred to as "capri blue"
Two-toned shoes
Small-flap purses
Printed scarves

These fashion trends sing to me of preppies, town and country vibe, classy, Audrey Hepburn, refined, feminine. With the exception of mixing bright colors and the big sunglasses, all of these items are very classic, to be used for years to come.

I look and see if there's anything on the trends that reminds me, "oh yeah, I always meant to get some capris" or "I'd love to be bold and pair two bright colors together." Then, it seems as if it's a gentle reminder to focus on something new and fresh versus the usual stand-by khakis.

Here's some ideas that could be light up your must-have list to feel fresh and new  while being budgeted -

It appears that this springtime, luxury resort wear with a classy/classic attitude is on-board. Most of us could care less what's "in," but the purpose of looking at the new season's offerings is to shake you awake to what is possible, what you might love you never considered, or perhaps that one piece you need that falls in line with your soul.

Happy spring!
