When I hear people wax nostalgic about a decade, it's almost always the 80s. Hey, the economy was off the charts, many of us were young adults and loving the mall life. But, the most missed thing about the 1980s was it artistic style. 

The 1980s decade was a wellspring of artistic expression from the fashions, decorating, music videos, art, music, movies, and totally original in overall style.

For me, I'd say rock n'roll, scrunchy socks, men and women both dressing up, the fun-filled movies, and the upbeat music.
